How Do I Get Started?

Step 1- Pick up that phone or Contact Brian and Michelle Baker and schedule a time for a one on one consultation to go over goals.
Step 2- Schedule a FUNdamentals class and learn the basic movements for your journey into CrossFit
Step 3- Your first class is on us.  Come to whatever class fits your busy schedule and give us a try!
Step 4- Find what fee schedule works for you and join the FarmBoy Family.
Step 5- Have Fun, set goals, and work hard! Welcome.
